This Privacy Policy explains how Aesir Innovations ("Aesir", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our platform and its image, voice, video, and editing tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect. We collect: (a) account information you provide such as your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers; (b) billing information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers); (c) content you submit, including text prompts, reference images, uploaded media, voice inputs, and editor project data; (d) generated output and usage metadata such as credit consumption, transaction ledgers, delivery receipts, and feature activity; and (e) technical and security telemetry data, including IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, network logs, and behavioral indicators used to verify human interaction.

2. How We Use Information. We use information to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate you; to process payments, subscriptions, credits, and top-ups; to generate and deliver requested output; to enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, mitigate automated bot-farm activity or malicious scripting, maintain platform security, resolve billing or transaction disputes, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing With Third-Party Providers. The Service depends on third parties, and by using it you acknowledge and agree that some of your data — including prompts, reference images, uploaded media, and voice or text inputs — may be transmitted to and processed by third-party providers in order to fulfil your requests. These include, without limitation, generative AI and machine-learning model providers (for image, video, and voice synthesis), cloud hosting and storage providers, database and authentication providers, payment processors, and analytics or error-monitoring providers. These providers process your data as independent data controllers or sub-processors under their own respective terms and privacy policies. By using our Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your data is subject to the data handling, retention, and privacy practices of these upstream third-party provider networks, and that Aesir Innovations assumes zero liability for any data breaches, leaks, misuse, or unauthorized access originating from these third-party systems. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI Model Processing. Content you submit for generation is sent to third-party AI model providers to produce output. Those providers may process, transmit, and temporarily retain that content in accordance with their own policies. We explicitly disclaim all liability regarding the independent data practices, retention schedules, or model-training protocols of these third-party providers. You acknowledge that inputs submitted to the Service may be subject to model-training policies of upstream providers beyond our control. Furthermore, Aesir Innovations makes no warranties regarding the uniqueness, copyright eligibility, or legal ownership of the generated outputs produced by third-party models. You assume all legal and financial risks associated with the deployment, commercialization, or distribution of any outputs generated through the Service. Do not submit sensitive personal, confidential, proprietary, or legally regulated information you are not authorized to share.

5. Data Storage & Retention. We retain account, transaction, and content data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Media and project data may be stored until you delete it or close your account. Some records may persist in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion.

6. Your Choices & Rights. You may access and update certain account information from within the Service, delete your stored media, and delete your account, which purges associated user data and cancels active subscriptions. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR, or US states like California under CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, port, or erase personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the details below. We will process verified requests within the timelines required by your local law. However, because our Service operates as a middleware interface, any erasure or access request fulfilled by Aesir Innovations applies strictly to data residing on our direct systems; we cannot compel, modify, or verify data deletion requests within the independent infrastructure of third-party AI model providers.

7. Security.  We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures designed to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, because the Service operates as a middleware interface routing data across external APIs and networks, no method of electronic transmission or cloud storage is entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own sole risk, and Aesir Innovations cannot and does not guarantee or warrant the absolute security of any data transmitted to or stored within the platform.

8. Children. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Transfers. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. By using the Service you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting a prominent notice within the platform interface, updating the effective date at the top of this policy, or sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your explicit acknowledgment and binding acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aesir Innovations, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service or any third-party AI model outputs. This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada to resolve any legal matter arising from this Policy.
