Refund Policy

All sales are final. By purchasing a subscription or any credit top-up, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable and non-creditable, in whole or in part, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

1. No Refunds. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees, renewal charges, top-up purchases, partial billing periods, or unused credits, including where you cancel mid-cycle, stop using the Service, or are dissatisfied for any reason.

2. Unused & Forfeited Credits. Credits remaining at cancellation, downgrade, expiry beyond the rollover ceiling, or account closure are forfeited without compensation and are never refunded for cash.

3. Failed or Unsatisfactory Generations. Credits consumed by generations that fail, error, are delayed, are interrupted, are of perceived low quality, or do not meet your expectations are not refundable. You accept the inherent variability and risk of AI generation before purchase.

4. Service Interruptions. Temporary downtime, maintenance, model outages, or degraded performance do not entitle you to a refund or credit.

5. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current or any prior billing period, and you retain access until the end of the paid term.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your bank or credit card issuer constitutes a material breach of these terms. Upon the initiation of any such dispute, Aesir Innovations will immediately and permanently terminate your account, revoke access to the platform, and enforce total forfeiture of all existing credit balances and project assets. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesir Innovations for the full amount of any administrative fees, chargeback penalties, processing fees, and collection costs incurred by us as a direct result of your dispute.

Where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund, that right is unaffected; otherwise, this no-refund policy applies in full.
